CremeBru.LA started as a farmers market table in 2020, with no business plan, just a torch and a few jars of custard. Since then, we’ve torched tens of thousands of brûlées for everything from local markets to concerts and festivals across the northeast, including The Big E, the Amherst Block Party, Boston Local Food Festival, dozens of Food Truck festivals and the legendary Brimfield Flea Market.

Along the way, we’ve picked up a few nods from the food world and are proud alumni of the Sam Adams Brewing the American Dream entrepreneurial bootcamp. These days, we spend as much time at private events as we do at markets. Weddings, corporate parties, birthdays—wherever people want something memorable, we bring the torch. Guests love the live flame, the crack of caramelized sugar, and the experience that comes with it.
